Ordering

- In-stock orders placed by 12:00pm CT Mon-Fri will ship that same day

- In-stock orders placed after 12:00pm CT will ship the following business day

- In-stock orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day

- Made To Order orders are crafted by hand and will ship within 10-14 business days

- Items that are out of stock can take up-to 8 weeks to ship 

- We guarantee your jewelry to be free of manufacturing defects for one calendar year from purchase. 

- Manufacturing defects can include clasp breakage, missing pavé stones (stones under .03 carat), loose diamonds or loose prongs.

- Manufacturing defects do not include general wear and tear, scratching, stretched chains/rings, lost jewelry, lost stones, or jewelry damaged due to improper cleaning or storage.

- Because we stand behind our designs and our manufacturers, any third-party or outside jeweler altering your jewelry will void your warranty with us.

We cannot update or cancel orders after they have shipped. You are able to cancel your made-to-order piece within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping

We are currently only shipping to the continental United States. We cannot currently ship to a PO Box or non-physical address. 

-Orders less than $999 ship UPS Ground. UPS Ground usually arrives in 5-7 business days.

-Orders that are $999 and above ship UPS 2-Day Air.

-Orders placed with expedited shipping are processed same day when placed before 12:00 PM CT, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Please note, we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

- Yes, upon check-out under the "Delivery" section click the tab for "Pick-Up" and select which location you would like to pick your item up from. 

-  In-stock orders placed by 12:00pm CT Mon-Sun can be picked up next day.

-  In-stock orders placed after 12:00pm CT Mon-Sun can be picked up 48 hours later.

Returns/Warranties

- For in-store purchases our return & exchange policy is noted on the bottom of your store receipt.

- For online orders only, we offer returns for unworn or unused items within 10 days of receiving. To begin this process, please visit our Returns Page. Most returns will need to be coordinated via ContactUs@MarquiseJ.com, so that we can provide special return instructions.

- Please note that we are unable to accept returns or offer exchange credit for items on sale,  retiring designs, or any item that been customized or altered in anyway .

Retail Store

Yes, you are currently able to view most of our bridal and fine jewelry items at our 3 Dallas/Fort Worth locations by making an appointment here.  Some items are not always available at all of our locations for viewing, therefore we require you make an appointment so we can provide a curated experience and ensure all items are ready for viewing upon your arrival.
