Shipping Policy

Shipping and Order Tracking

We offer insured shipping on every order within the contiguous USA. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or non physical addresses. Once your order has been processed, it will be delivered to you according to the options listed below. *Please Note:

  • UPS® Ground standard average delivery times are 5-7 business days based on location and availability.
  • Orders placed with expedited shipping are processed same day when placed before 12:00 PM CT, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Please note, we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
  • Adult Signature (18yrs or older): To receive your shipment, an adult must be present to sign for the package.
  • Instore Pickup: Orders can only be picked up by the purchaser. A valid state issued photo ID and copy of your receipt are required for pickup.
  • In-stock orders placed by 12:00pm CT Mon-Sun can be picked up next day. In-stock orders placed after 12:00pm CT Mon-Sun can be picked up 48 hours later.
  • Customizations: Specific sizes and other modifications may result in a delay in shipping. Please contact us at 469.362.6755 with any questions or concerns.
